                                   v before elevation for H/V polarisation swap
                                   sum of tx-power, tx1 and rx antenna gain dBm
 -a <lat> <long> | [locator]       Position A lat long (degrees) or qth locator
 -B <m>                            Antenna B over ground [m] (10)
 -B <m> <azimuth> [v]<elevation> <gain  sum dBm> <gainfilename> if -P defined before
                                   v before elevation for H/V polarisation swap
